Out of the Blue

I'm going on a mission trip this coming Mon to 7th Apr. Though not new to a mission trip, each one is so different in nature and also grows me differently. I may not like the idea of going overseas but I want to cos I know it's the way to stretch my faith in God. I'm easily complacent I think and I'm grateful for the opportunity to grow with my 'easily excitable' students! "We are all faced with a great series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations." - Swindoll I don't know what lies ahead but I'm trusting God to do God-sized stuff both in us and through us.

We had a Couples' Forum in Feb. Pieced some pics together..it was a great time of asking "Is he or she the right one?" forum-style, with two staff couples (married and dating) being the panel. 11 newcomers, out of which 7 whom were non Christians came! Back tracking abit- Dec- Be that Someone! I was surprised how my students loved the t-shirts..they wanted the collar ones that staff were wearing too! My prayer is that more in TP n RP will rise up to be a community of "Someones" who truly follow Jesus.. If there was a day I have to change ministry.. I'm going to miss them.

Tired-physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. Raining this morning, so cool and cosy that I overslept! Din want to be late for a meeting and took a cab to try beat the famous everyday jam along Jln Eunos. Still late haiz cos the taxi driver missed the place twice! But I guess I should have woken up when heard my alarm sound. Meeting followed by another meeting and another. They were so necesssary but also draining. Maybe age is catching up ha.. Looking forward to a short break, need refreshment, to recharge before going on mission trip..
